Conformal Coating Technician

Qualifications:

This candidate will be responsible for cleaning masking, and applying conformal coatings to circuit board assemblies by using assembly drawings, technical manuals, and written directions.

• Must be able to work our schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30am-4:00pm

• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced deadline driven environment

• ESD and Circuit Card handling knowledge is preferred 

• Detail and organizational skills

 

Job description:

• Verify proper use of equipment and tooling through continuous monitoring of equipment gauges and inspection.

• Ensure equipment used to coat products is properly maintained and used in accordance to guidelines

• Ensure proper movement of finished goods to inspection or shipping areas.

• Coordinate the cleaning and maintenance of spray application equipment booths, filters and other related equipment.

• Coordinate and direct the coating of sample and trial parts as requested

• Perform other duties as required, assigned or requested.

• Mix coating formulas to proper viscosity using thinner and or solvent

• Work from customer written specifications, worksheets as well as verbal instruction to facilitate productivity, efficiency and quality.

Parylene Machine Technician

The candidate will be responsible for processing all parts through the Parylene machine ensuring proper thickness and quality. The candidate will be responsible for scheduled maintenance and cleaning of the Parylene machine.

Shipping and Receiving Coordinator 
 

We are a conformal coating service company based in Johnstown, PA. We are currently looking at candidates to fill a full-time position for a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator. Some of the responsibilities of this job will be to ship orders, scheduling of shipments, invoice shipments and receive incoming orders for inventory.  An ideal candidate with perform incoming and outgoing inspection as per IPC Standards on all shipments.  They will scan, image, organize and maintain documents in accordance with company policies.

QA Inspector

 

A Quality Control Inspector performs assessment, documentation and organization tasks to support the efficiency and effectiveness of their organization’s supply chain. Their duties and responsibilities include:

Inspecting output samples using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions and examining functionality

 

  • Checking that the assembly or product adheres to standards and complying with customer print

  • Reviewing blueprints and specifications to compare to produced goods

  • Recording inspection results by completing reports and summarizing re-works 

  • Training the production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence

  • Proposing improvements to the production process

  • Updating job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities and regular training

  • Keeping measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements and calling for repairs

 

Qualifications:

 

Quality Control Inspectors use a variety of soft skills and industry knowledge to ensure products are up to standards, including:

 

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Keen attention to detail

  • Basic computer and math skills to calibrate and measure specifications

  • Blueprint reading capabilities
